Anywho, once I saw this I thought to myself "wow!". The coloring got to me first. It looks very beautiful, nice water coloring and the little flecks of water is a wonderful touch! His expression, hah, like he's calling himself badass with his cigarette. His tail adds to the character too.
I'd say the things you need to work on are the hands. The hand (gripping his shirt) looks a bit small, and his fingers on the hand (holding the cigarette) look a little short. The claws should be more defined at the part where it meets the fingers.
Perhaps you could put a few more creases on the clothes. Looks too flat.
Also, his left ear shouldn't be too visible, hence that his left horn and the ear should switch places. (if that makes any sense?) Ugh, how do I explain this...well the horn should be closest to his head while the ear is at the sides. Like his right horn/ear. I'm sorry if you don't understand that. You might need to reread that a couple times.
